Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)
The Solutions Architect will work in collaboration with Sales and Services to qualify and interpret, and manage the response to, complex Games Industry focused business opportunities. The individual will them work with Sales and Operations to put together a customer focused internal response to that client’s request.
Key Areas of Responsibilities and Tasks
Complete Management of RFI, RFP, tenders, proposals, SOW, owning client visits, customer requirements gathering. Own the process to provide pitches/responses, and work with (and assign tasks to) all stakeholders to create Pitch responses.
Developing an in depth understanding of the markets and competitive landscape to create highly competitive and compelling pitches and develop pre-sales approach.
Keep a comprehensive tender library, to draw on for future pitches
Owning pre sales tools and encourage process conformance across the company
Ensure all client facing staff are properly onboarded and familiar with our pre sales processes and products
Stay up to date and represent the brand at an excellent level. Learn about our company, difference we make, stories, market Intel, product features and support packages how they provide benefits
Define the look and feel of all PPT’s and client facing documents going forward. Prepare, design and update all client facing materials, including Pitches, website, Promotional material, case studies etc
Implementing the pre-sales plan to target and on time.
Expertise on PowerPoint, CRM management, and reporting. Knowledge of Photoshop to create materials for PPT based pitches an advantage.
- Advising the organisation on new opportunities to explore to increase sales conversion.
- Support the Sales team to deliver daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Implement the processes, CRM information capture requirements, and produce forecasts and activity plans to stay on track. (Through CRM)
- Report to CCO and Head of Services.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
- Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
- Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
A strong track record (3 years in similar role) 8 years in business.
Proven ability to lead presales activity in a B2B sales process from cold to finish (ideally within games)
Management of the presales capability and hold personal delivery objectives
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of the pain points and demonstrate how products and services deliver value/differentiated features.
Experience in multi service sales pitches for multi-million-dollar projects.
Ability to create a set of methods, tools, artifacts, images, stories, case studies, and content to deliver a highly relatable presentation/RFI/RFP that’s factual and informative to support selling or tenders
Skilled/Knowledge at building/documenting a set of client requirements including technical specifications, Analytics, dashboards, reporting and integrations.
Skills to prepare scoping documents, SOWs etc
International travel required, attendance of major games show and assisting client visits.
